Overview
This world-renowned classical music festival in southern Vermont was established in 1951 as a musical retreat for chamber music, taking place on the campus of Marlboro College. Approximately 70 outstanding musicians live together in quaint shared residencies while they rehearse chamber music and exchange musical ideas for two months. Marlboro exists primarily as a center for advanced musical studies, but there are public concerts on weekends, for which programs and artists are announced the week prior the performance.
All summer positions involve a weekly stipend plus room and board. Staff members work six days a week and live on campus along with the musicians. Meals are included, and the food is excellent! Since not all jobs may be available when we receive your application, please list each position for which you would like to be considered in order of your preference.
