Deerhill Inn Restaurant
Executive Chef Elizabeth Sisk designs her menus to feature fresh local produce and chooses meat and fish from trustworthy suppliers offering product free of hormones, additives, and preservatives. She offers dishes that are innovative, healthy, and satisfying with a strong seasonal focus, all prepared “from scratch” at the Inn’s own kitchen.
Sous/Pastry Chef Kim Saumell specializes in delectable house-made desserts and offers a wonderful selection of local cheeses. The cellar features a careful selection of New World wines with locally-roasted coffee and a fine selection of black, green, and herbal teas to complete a memorable meal.
The Inn is happy to serve early on concert evenings, to accommodate Marlboro Music Festival guests.
