Deerhill Inn Restaurant

Executive Chef Elizabeth Sisk designs her menus to feature fresh local produce¬†and chooses meat and fish from trustworthy suppliers offering product free of hormones, additives,¬†and preservatives. She offers dishes that are innovative, healthy, and satisfying with a strong seasonal focus, all prepared “from scratch” at the Inn’s own kitchen.

Sous/Pastry Chef Kim Saumell specializes in delectable house-made desserts and offers a wonderful selection of local cheeses. The cellar features a careful selection of New World wines with locally-roasted coffee and a fine selection of black, green, and herbal teas to complete a memorable meal.

The Inn is happy to serve early on concert evenings, to accommodate Marlboro Music Festival guests.
