Mountaineer Inn

The Mountaineer Inn of southern Vermont has beckoned summer visitors for decades. The Inn remains a quiet mountain retreat with friendly, attentive service and is known for wonderful breakfasts to start your day. The Inn is family owned and operated and sits on a beautiful 10-acre meadow with a 64-foot heated lap pool, landscaped gardens, outdoor hot tub and is bordered by two brooks and a nature path. The public rooms feature a grand piano, BYOB bar, pool table, fireplaces, and library. Flower-filled decks provide other areas to relax. There are 26 air-conditioned, recently renovated, non-smoking guest rooms with private baths.
