The Rock River Retreat is a magical private guest suite with private access in a 1790s colonial home in nearby South Newfane, about 20 minutes from the festival. Guests enjoy a spacious three-room suite: sleeping room with a lusciously comfortable queen bed; sitting room with full-sized daybed with trundle, kitchenette with microwave, induction hot plate, mini-fridge, complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa, large flat screen for movies from our extensive DVD library (no tv or cable access), free wifi; and a luxurious full bath with soaker tub—all with views of the gorgeous Rock River and accessible via a private entrance and old farmhouse staircase. Sleeps four.

You are also welcome to enjoy the explosively floral garden and grounds, take a dip in the river, or warm up at the fire pit. Please inquire for details if you intend to bring your furry family member.
