Amanda Dravecky

Business Manager

[email protected]

Amanda K. Dravecky is Marlboro Music’s Business Manager and a longtime nonprofit finance and operations factotum with a reputation for turning unruly systems into well-behaved instruments. With 20+ years of experience from global sustainability nonprofits to nationally recognized theatres, she specializes in building infrastructure that is accurate, transparent, and genuinely useful.

At Marlboro, Amanda leads all financial operations, supervises the Philadelphia-based finance team, partners with the Managing Director on strategic planning, and supports the Board’s Finance, Investment, and Risk Management committees. She also works closely with Advancement to align budgeting, forecasting, grant finance, and donor reporting—ensuring every dollar is tracked, every restriction honored, and every decision grounded in clarity.

Previously, Amanda served as Director of Finance at New York Theatre Workshop where she delivered clean audits, built organization-wide reporting systems, and stewarded a $10MM+ budget. Her earlier roles include senior finance positions with COSA and Blackjack Lighting, fractional controller work, and leadership positions across arts organizations from Chicago to New York. She holds a B.S. from Skidmore College and believes daily data hygiene is the unsung hero of institutional sanity.

Outside the ledger, Amanda is a lifelong bookworm, a Yahtzee shark with an unsettling win rate, a proud mama to an adult human and a pound puppy, and a professional medium- and large-format film photographer. When she’s not optimizing a chart of accounts, she’s almost certainly outdoors—camera in hand, dog nearby, happily off the grid until the next month-end close calls her home.
